I think the best place where to have Higher Education is Iraq because Babylonia was the cradle of civilization. We have to remember the tombs and the minarates buildings. Al-Mustansiriyah School with archs and tombs, Al-Rashid Palace on the right side of the old Ministry of Defence, the Temples in Babylonia which was built of unbaked bricks and the Holy Shrines of the Imams every where in Iraq. We are having the inheritance of our ancestors. Let us have a revival of our blessed Imams. They were the real literates, professional educators, men of science and truthful philosophy. We need men of clean pens and pure culture in the Iraqi Universities. In the past instructors as well as pupils all over the World headed for Iraq the Center of Radiation to be educated well and to carry with them the best back to their homes. We need care for the honest educators who exert their utmost efforts to teach and learn. There should be no restrictions in front of our men of pen. Iraqis are the best and Iraq is big mosgue.
